PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate the moving time of a grip/staple unit and a stack unit by driving both units with a single driving source. SOLUTION: When a grip/staple unit 9 and a stack unit 13 are moved to either of an upper bin module B1 or a lower bin module B2 to transfer a batch of sheets and to receive them in a stacker, the driving sources of the grip/staple unit 9 and the stack unit 13 are individually provided to move or stop them individually, thereby individually driving the small lightweight units of both units and moving them at high speeds.
