摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the shock absorbing performance of shock absorbing material sufficiently exhibit by inserting shock absorbing material composed of foamed bodies which contain independent bubbles, can maintain themselves in a contracted state only for a time required until a fluid pipe is completely inserted so as to allow piping to be run, and can be expanded so as to be restored to its initial condition thereafter, into a sheathing pipe along the fluid pipe, and thereby letting piping be run. SOLUTION: Shock absorbing material is composed of independent bubble foamed bodies 11 which can be maintained in a contracted state, but can be expanded so as to be restored to their initial state as time elapses. Three bar-like shock absorbing materials 1 each of which has a piano wire 12 inserted at its center as a core member, are disposed in a radial form along the outer wall surface of a fluid pipe 2, and fastened by each vinyl tape at specified interval. Since the shock absorbing materials 1 are in a contracted state during the time required to insert the fluid pipe 2 into a sheathing pipe 4 so as to allow piping to be run, the fluid pipe 2 can thereby be smoothly inserted in the inside of the sheathing pipe 4. And if the aforesaid materials are left as they are, the shock absorbing materials 1 are expanded at their parts not fastened by the vinyl tape 3, and it seems that expanded parts 14 as mentioned above are filled in a space between the sheathing pipe 4 and the fluid pipe 2.
