PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pump member that prevents liquid from rebounding in an unexpected direction when the liquid is spouted and from congealing in the tip of a nozzle. SOLUTION: A pump member 3 for spouting liquid includes a liquid suction tube that is inserted in a liquid container through a top opening, a cap that is screwed on the outside of the top opening of the liquid container, an operating part 6 that is located above the cap and moved up and down, and a liquid spout nozzle 7 that is provided on the operating part 6 to spout the liquid.
