PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent saprophytes on the floor from flying up into the air with simple configuration by arranging a cold air generation panel, to which a cooling means is connected, inside the room, letting cold air generated from the cold air generation panel flow downward by natural convection and cooling the lower spatial part of the cold air generation panel. SOLUTION: On a stand 2 placed in an operating room 1, a cold air generation panel 3 and an illumination lamp 4 are integrally supported so as to be vertically moved and turned, and a balancer 5 is installed on the opposite side of them. The cold air generation panel 3 and the illumination lamp 4 can freely be adjusted with the positions so as to be positioned a little higher than the head of an operating doctor, for example. Then, a forced radiation type radiator 8, for which a fan 7 is laid outside walls 6 of the operating room 1, and a drain vessel 9 are installed, the cold air generation panel and the radiator 8 are connected by hoses 10a and 10b for circulation, and the cold air generation panel 3 and the drain vessel 9 are connected by a drain hose 11. |
