PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively culture five species of microorganisms Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus alimentarius) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae useful for producing pickles, etc. SOLUTION: Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus alimentarius and Saccharomyces cerevisiae are cultured by using a culture medium comprising potato, apple, carrot, cooked rice, saccharide, wheat flour, salt and water. |
