SOLUTION: A movable handle part 6 is inclined and a pin 8 and an upper part of a groove part 7 make contact with each other by the movement of a long main handle part 5 in the arrow direction 9, and a single end part 2 formed movable necessarily works to close an opening part. When the main handle part 5 is further moved, a fulcrum 10 of the movable handle part 6 and a long handle part moves downward, and a pipe main body clamped in the opening part is rotated. Conversely, when the main handle part works in the upward direction 11, the movable handle part 6 is devised to be interlocked with it, and a movable single end part 2 opens as shown in a dotted lineθ, and a wrench opening part returns to its original position.
