PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutout device which can cut off the passage in a pipe securely, and can be operated easily. SOLUTION: A pipe cutout device 2 has two fastening plates 6 and 7 having conical fastening surfaces 8 and 9 provided opposing to form a substantially V-shape groove; deformable elastic rings 10 installed to the V-shape groove of the fastening plates; a bolt 3 penetrating the center of both fastening plates; a nut 4 screwed to the bolt 3; and a means 5 to rotate the nut 4. One side fastening plate 6 is fixed to the bolt 3, while the other side fastening plate 7 is fitted playable to the bolt 3, and the other side fastening plate 7 can be moved to one side fastening plate 6 side by rotating the nut 4. |
