摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high activity of an activated carbon catalyst excellent in reduction denitration of low-temp. waste combustion gas and to obtain an activated carbon reduction denitration catalyst for treatment of low-temp. waste combustion gas ensuring a small pressure drop. SOLUTION: The top of a metallic flat substrate is coated with an org. polymer adhesive having about 1,000-10,000P viscosity, an NOx reduction catalyst made of granular activated carbon is stuck to the adhesive coated top and the adhesive is cured at <=100 deg.C to produce the objective catalyst. The diameter of the activated carbon is preferably 0.1-5mm. The NOx reduction catalyst is held on the substrate by joining with the resultant cured layer while keeping the granular state.
