PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a panel with a skeleton surely and enhance the strength of a fixing area itself by forming a fixing area which fixes the panel with the skeleton with at least two planes in a resin-made panel having a male type connecting area on the upper end and a female type connecting area on the lower end. SOLUTION: The lower end of a decorated surface 6 of a resin-made surface material 1 comprising a synthetic resin-made extrusion molded piece is curved, thereby forming a fit-in groove 10 between the top 8 and a fit-in surface 9. The upper end of a decorated surface 6 is inwardly curved while an engagement groove 18 is formed between an engagement part 12 and the bottom 17 which projects upward above the root of the engagement part and a fixing area 19 is formed, which comprises two planes or fixing surfaces 20 and 21 which further project the bottom 17. The fit-in groove 10 is fitted in the engagement area 12 while the engagement groove 18 is fitted in the fit-in surface 9 respectively, thereby connecting panels A to each other. When the fixing area 19 is provided on a skeletonαwith a fixtureβ, the fixing area 19 is formed with tow planes, which makes it possible to reinforce the strength of the fixing area 19 and allows a clearance 19a to act so as to prevent the movement of the fixing surface 21 and absorb thermal expansion and prevent the panels A from being separated form the skeletonα.
