摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in visibility caused by reflection of an eternal image and leak of electromagnetic wave from a cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: This transparent electroconductive film comprises 45-95wt.% of a tin-doped indium oxide fine powder and 3-30wt.% of titanium black fine powder in a silica matrix formed from an alkoxysilane. A small amount of the alkoxysilane or a titanium coupling agent may be added to a coating material. Consequently, a colorless transparent electroconductive film having <=1.0%, minimum reflectivity of visible light, <=0.5%, preferably <=0.3%, haze, a surface resistance value of <=10<5>Ω/square base, preferably 10<3> to 10<4>Ω/square base, a low reflectivity of >=75%, preferably >=80% whole transmittance of visible light and electromagnetic wave shielding properties free from purple to bluish or red to yellowish reflected light is formed on the surface of the a cathode-ray tube.
