PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more uniformly and stably supply working fluid to cutting wires extended in a wire saw. SOLUTION: First and second tanks 43, 44 extended in the aligning direction of wires W are installed together. A working fluid inlet 46 is provided at the tank 43, and a slit-like working fluid supply port 52 extended in the aligning direction of the wires W is formed at the bottom of the tank 44. Both the tanks 43, 44 are so disposed that the fluid S overflowing the tank 43 flows into the tank 44. |
