<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a laminated body with high bonding strength with a skin layer and rigidity and being lightweight. SOLUTION: A composite core material 2 which consists of a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic synthetic resin and has the first region A1 wherein the metsuke M1 (the weight per unit area) is set to be 400g/m<2> <=M1 <=700g/m<2> to achieve the lightweight and the second region A2 wherein the metsuke M2 is adjusted to be 900g/m<2> <=M2 <=1200g/m<2> to achieve the high rigidity and is prepd. by compression molding, is selected. In the first process, the composite core material 2 is expanded by heating it and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is plasticized. In the second process, a skin material is laminated on the composite core material 2. In the third process, the composite core material is compressed to bond the composite core material with the skin material. In the laminated body, the first region A1 contributes to achieving the lightweight and the second region A2 contributes to achieving the high rigidity. In addition, as the amt. of expansion of the second region A2 , standing reinforcing fibers are inserted into the skin material and it contributes to improve bonding strength of the skin material.</p> |
