The soil conditioner of granular diatomaceous earth is prepared by crushing diatomaceous earth whose main component is silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and ferric oxide, mixing with rice bran and water at the weight% ratio of 60:10:30 and then maturing the mixture. The above mixture is influenced to hold about 70% of air pore of the total area, extruded and plasticized as a farad form whose particle diameter 1-10mm. Then the product is cut in 1.5 times length of particle diameter.
