In the method for a loading of common data between a base station controller and a base transceiver system in a CMS(CDMA mobile system) having a base station management, the base station controller, the base transceiver system, a call control processor and a transceiver selector bank, the method comprises a first step of executing a request for a program and data, the request being provided from the call control processor to a system loader for managing an initial loading function and a system loader positioned within the base station management which includes all object softwares for a down-loading in an overall base station controller; a second step of holding only a space where the data is loaded, and loading the optional data there, the data being the common data between the base tranceiver system's control processor and the call control processor, though special data of the control processor is loaded normally in transmitting the data to the call control processor, according that the request generated in the first step is accepted; and a third step of transmitting the program and data which are requested by the transcoding selector bank and the base transceiver system's control processor as the sub-system of the call control processor, after a completion of the data transmission in the second step, the transmission being performed in the call control processor, whereby resulting in an efficient use of a memory.
