Supporting part(6) has vertical and horizontal sides. Horizontal sliding part(7) inserts a pin in between horizontal side and front and rear guides(71), and controls the rectangular status of support plate by attaching control bolt(73) to the guide. Fixed block(74) is set up on the guide to control horizontal stroke of scope. Driving part(5) transfers the status of vertical movement of piston rod(52) from outside of supporting part vertical side to inside. Central sliding part(4) is consisted of support bar(42) for driving part stroke transfer to outside of vertical side and central bar(41) for building the fixed block(73) with stroke controller(44). Horizontal rotating part(3) rotates and slides bearing housing(31) left and right of the pivot(34), which makes it comfortable to examine wafers.
