A door closure comprises: (a) a cylindrical member (30) having a hollow upper section (31), which includes notches (313), and a solid lower section (32) comprising a central through hole (321) in communication with a radial bore (322); (b) a torsional spring (70) received in the upper section (31) and having upper (72) and lower (71) ends; (c) a lid (60), on top of the cylindrical member (30), which has a central through bore (63) and a lower face which has a hook member (64) which engages the upper end of the spring (70); (d) a positioning unit (40) including a ball member (41) which is retained in the bore (322) and a spring member (42) which is received in the bore (322) to bias the ball member (41) to protrude partially into the hole (321); (e) a link rod (80) which has a first end (80) and a second end (82) which is pivotally connected to a door connecting member (55); and (f) a pivot shaft (50) having a threaded upper end (511) connected to a nut (56) and a lower end (512) connected to the first end (80) of the rod.
