Filter for pumped underground liquid, esp. water, comprises a tubular filter element (1) which is permeable to liq. and designed to hold back particles of a given size. The filter element is supported by an inner structure with a series of spaced thrust bars (2) which have a cross-section providing a thin edge in contact with the filter element.
