The storage box (3), filled by removing the lid (5), has an inclined floor with a pivoted selector (13) inset near the foot, just above the inclined - opt., hollowed - top of a vertical piston (8), normally flush with the floor. A handle (9) in an external box (29), opt. having a lift-up access flap, is connected (10) to the piston, which rises when the user lifts the handle, carrying a cube (4) up to a delivery hatch (24), normally closed by a flap (20). The cube falls down a chute (26) into eg. a glass held by the user. A stop on the descending piston strikes the selector's tail (13b). The selector beak (13a) swings up, positioning another cube on the piston top, ready for the next user.
