FIELD: transport engineering; hand operated tyre inflators. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing in form of parallel flat bases 7, 8 between which at least two cylinders 1 with cup pistons 3 are installed on axles 10 in star-shape diagram for swinging. Pistons are coupled with rods 2 terminating is bushings 4 installed on neck of detachable single-throw shaft 6. Axis of shaft passes through center of symmetry relative to installation of axles 10. Shaft is provided with driven gear 12 mounted on elongated half-axle. Gear 12 engages with driving gear 13 freely fitted on half-axle 14 installed in base 7 (8). End with hole of lever 15 with hinged handle 16 secured on other end is also mounted on half-axle 14. Other end of lever 15 is secured on gear 13 in its crank 17 which serves to reduce force to be applied to handle when rotating lever 15. Pump has lower and upper stops, either detachable or hinged, secured to fasteners on base 8 (7) opposite to arrangement of gears 12 and 13. Lower stop is installed at inflating onto support surface (plane, wall, wheel disk) and pump is held by upper stop. Bases 7 and 8 are secured by posts. Invalid drivers of cars with hand control system can use the pump. EFFECT: simplified design and operation. 1 dwg |
