FIELD: devices for separation of material by sizes; applicable in mining and metallurgical industries, particular, for screening difficult-to-screen ores at crushing and sizing plants of mines. SUBSTANCE: multideck screen has box with screens, vibration exciter, shock absorbers and supports. Axis of symmetry of unbalanced masses of vibration exciter is shifted from central axis of box inertia to the side of upper screen at a distance determined by the formula given in the invention description. EFFECT: increased transportation capacity of the screen of upper deck and absorbing capacity of the screen of lower deck that result is high productivity and efficiency, and quality of sintered ore. 2 dwg |
