摘要 FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns modifying rubber articles, for example, consolidation in glow discharge in plasma- chemical reactor. Invention increases depth of monomer layer to 0.1- 0.6 mm, improves bonding of layer with base, reduces modification process time to 30-15 min, increases resistance of rubber articles to heat aging, and eliminates damaging ozone layer of Earth owing to introduction into rubber formula of a monomer compatible with gaseous working agent. As fluorine-containing substance, fluoroalcohol is used which, prior to be introduced into rubber formulation, is preliminarily mixed with crude rubber when industrial rubber articles are fabricated, and, to prepare working agent, fluoroalcohol is heated to be evaporated in interelectrode space. When degasification and modification processes are run, constant parameters are ensured: underpressure 0.133-13.3 Pa and specific power of high-frequency discharge 5-15 kW/cu.m. EFFECT: improved quality of produce and enhanced efficiency of process.
