FIELD: vegetable oil refining. SUBSTANCE: method includes several-step distillation, in the last step of which miscellany being in contact with live steam is pulverized by high-speed steam jet, directed to form gravity-driven creeping down films, and then is settled down into layer. Method ensures finishing step in the miscellany distillation process as a part of oil-extraction production and allows producing oil with residual solvent content 0.03%. In particular, it is recommended partial pressure of solvent vapor to be reduced and temperature of steam/solvent vapor mix in the film region of miscellany concentration to be increased to avoid vapor oversaturation and mist formation, whereas miscellany pulverization is recommended to be performed in steam jet followed by settling particles into annular liquid film. EFFECT: increased oil purification degree. |
