FIELD: ecology, water analysis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antimicrobial composition for nonpharmaceutical treatment of the polluted materials, substances and surfaces, especially, the polluted liquids and gases and involves at least one active protein isolated from mussels, preferably, together with glycogen. Rapid analysis for qualitative assay of possibly polluted liquids, especially, drinking water involves control tube containing the known amount of antimicrobial composition. The know amount of liquid to be analyzed is added in control tube, shaken and settled for precipitation. Liquid quality is determined by indicator quality distributed along the tube length. EFFECT: improved method of assay. |
