METHOD FOR BURIAL OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES

FIELD: environment protection. SUBSTANCE: task is solved through drilling hole to certain depth in geological structures containing salt strata followed by formation of cavity by way of washing out stratum material to the depth ensuring safety of bottom part of the salt stratum. Toxic substances (wastes from nuclear, chemical, microbiological, and other industries) are transported into the cavity and then insulation bridge is installed in cavity roof, whereupon hole is sealed by way of reducing hydrostatic pressure in the hole thereby causing rock flow to complete restoration of salt stratum over the bridge. EFFECT: increased environmental reliability of burial for a long time.
