The bed frame has supporting legs (8) extending downwards, also a lifting frame. The legs work inside guide legs (4), on which caster wheels (5) are mounted. Each wheel comprises a block (6) slowing on the lengthwise axis of the leg, and with one or more lateral disc wheels (7) turning on it. These are movable on the lengthwise axis of the legs and in relation to the blocks, and work with the supporting legs (8). When moved in relation to the block the axis of rotation of each wheel can be offset from the block's lengthwise slowing axis, there can be a wheel on each side of the block, and they can have a common spindle.
