<p>A method for analyzing degradation products of stressed enalapril and enalaprilat is presented. The method comprises stressing an enalapril containing compound, separating the resulting products chromatographically, comparing the separated products to known reference standard compounds and analyzing the separated products with mass spectrometry. The standard reference compounds are SRS and SSR diastereomers of enalapril and enalaprilat.</p> |
