Aluminium twin gear for the extractor of vegetable and fruit is manufactured by processing the extruded aluminium bar or aluminium forging produced by the heat treatment of aluminium of above 99.00% of purity(10 series), an alloy of aluminium and copper(20 series), an alloy of aluminium and manganese(30 series), a silicon alloy(40 series), a magnesium alloy (50 series), an alloy of magnesium and silicon(60 series), and zinc alloy(70 series) and anodizing the processed twin gear. In the anodizing process, aluminium is oxidized in the electrolyte of sulfuric acid or aluminium sulfate to give a alumina by eletrolysis. The aluminium gear reduces noise, does not produce a heavy metal harmless to the human being and has a good abrasion resistance.
