FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: new phospholipidic food product intended for prophylactic application possesses antioxidant and hypocholesterolemical effect. This product consists of vegetable oil and vegetable phospholipids. Used in function of vegetable oil is refined vegetable or refined and deodorized oil, and used as vegetable phospholipids are phospholipids produced by hydration of unrefined vegetable oil in zone of action of alternating rotating magnetic field of 50-250 kA/m with their subsequent treatment by pressure of 0.2-1.0 MPa during 10-15 min, with following treatment in zone of action of permanent electromagnetic field of 250-350 kA/m and drying at temperature of 55-65 C, at following relation of components, mass %: vegetable phospholipids - 10.0-35.0, vegetable oil - the balance. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
