PLANETARY REDUCTION GEAR WITH ECCENTRIC MESHING

The invention pertains to a planetary reduction gear which is constructed without a parallel crank mechanism, ensures linear torsional rigidity characteristics, eliminates play, creates non-sensitive zones, and ensures transmission ratio constancy of more than 99.98 %. The proposed reduction gear is provided with two planetary trains containing a fixed first sun wheel and a second sun wheel capable of rotation (4, 23); these wheels are provided with spindles (8, 27) which can slide resiliently in the radial direction, and two toothed wheels (15, 16). The toothed crown (19, 20) of each toothed wheel is a closed elongated epicycloid. In the first planetary train the toothed wheel (15) meshes without play with all the spindles (8). In the second planetary train the toothed wheel (16) meshes without play with at least three spindles (27).
