FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: microorganisms Bifidobacterium adolescentis, L. plantarum, L. buchneri were grown under conditions of batch culturing at 37 C for 12 h and 4 h before culturing termination L. acidophilus is added. Cells were concentrated by centrifugation and ready biomass is mixed with dry glucose. One gram of bioactive food addition must contain 5 billion cells (not less) at ratio of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli = 1:1. EFFECT: improved method of food addition preparing. |
