FIELD: production of ring-shaped sealing interlayers. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition comprises 100 parts of vulcanized fluoroelastomer copolymer and 1-5 parts of adduct of promoter and curing agent (their molar ratio is 1: 3-1:5, respectively). Copolymer comprises less than 67 weight % of F, and it comprises 40-60 weight % of vinylidene fruoride units and 20-50 weight % of hexafluoropropylene units. Said units may optionally comprise one or more comonomers having ethylene unsaturation, number of ionic tail in said copolymer being at least 0.5 for the chain. Mentioned above promoter represents onium organic compound with positive charge, said curing agent represents di-, or polyhydroxy, di- or polythiol compound. Mentioned above adduct is prepared by melting product of interaction of said promoter with curing agent. EFFECT: improved quality of desired article. |
