FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes new tricyclic sulfonamide derivatives and sulfoether derivatives which have antitumor activity and are represented by formula (I), and processes for preparation of said compounds. These compounds have superior antitumor activity. Sulfonamide derivatives or sulfoether derivatives are represented by general formula (I):wherein G is aromatic 5- or 6-member ring; L is O or N(R)- (is hydrogen or lower alkyl); and M is tricyclic structure chosen from structures of formulae: N(R) wherein each of rings A and B is unsaturated 5- or 6-member ring ; X is Rin whichis hydrogen or lower alkyl, or NHCO; Y is N(R)CH(R),; Z is nitrogen or C(R);; n is 0.1 or 2 each of Rto R, Rand Ris hydrogen or lower alkyl, and Ris hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower acyl. EFFECT: improved properties the title compounds. |
