Body and cap assembly of writing implement, such as for example a ball-point pen, a letterer, a text marker, etc. which is fabricated in a single molding operation in a single mold and which has a guarantee seal between the body and the cap. The guarantee seal is formed by the junction of the extremities of at least two longitudinal ribs (4) provided inside the cap (2) and the surface of the gripping means (3) of the support of the point of the writing cartridge (6). Once the guarantee seal has been broken, the body is introduced in the cap through the extremity (2b) opposite to the guarantee seal.
