The termination has a connection sleeve (14) with a number of window openings (24) in its cylindrical wall and a relatively sliding clamp ring (16), provided with integral pressure fingers (18), extending parallel to its axis, which can lock in the connection sleeve window openings. Each pressure finger acts against a lip (58) provided by a transverse side edge of the window with an angled surface (57) engaged by a cooperating angled surface (55) of the pressure finger.
