Sealed alkaline chemical source of electric energy as per item 1 features by the fact that the hydrophobic layer is made of polyvinyltrimethylsilane, 0.1 to 0.5 nm thick. 3. Sealed alkaline chemical source of electric energy as per item 1 features by the fact that the hydrophobic layer is applied onto the surface of the auxiliary electrode. 4. Sealed alkaline chemical source of electric energy as per item 1 features by the fact that the relation between the volumes of "coarse" and "fine" pores makes up 1.0 to 10.0.
