METHOD OF DETECTION OF NERVE MEMBERS IN LYMPH

FIELD: biology, medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves lymph taken off from thoracic duct in animals, preparing smears, their fixation and staining (simultaneously) at 37 C with preliminary prepared 3% methylene blue saline solution and methanol (1:1). Nerve members were detected using light microscope as blue color dendritis cells. EFFECT: decreased analysis time and cost, simplified method of detection.
