The collapsible push chair chassis has a basic chassis unit for a variety of receiving parts for babies and small children. The lower links (B), starting from the front axle (5), rise with a slight curvature to the steering handle (3). The upper rods (C), consisting of two strips, extend in an arc of circle or ellipse to the turning axis (A) directly above the rear axle, so that the links (B) and rods (C) are fitted roughly elliptically to each other, crossing like scissors. They are connected at turning points (D).
