摘要

FIELD: power engineering; boiler plants of power stations. SUBSTANCE: heater packing has packing plate joined through rods with heater covers; flat sheet is installed between packing plate and rotor and loosely joined by means of control link and counterweight with packing plate; clearance between packing plate and sheet is covered by sliding packing. Proposed packing affords 7% reduction of air transfer within one boiler which reduces fuel (oil) consumption by 430 tons a year. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency of rotary regenerative heater due to reduced transfer of heat-exchange media.
