Wind power installation technical state monitoring method

The method involves a computer working model of the wind power installation, provided with the theoretical values of speed and rotational acceleration of the vanes as a function with time of their rotation around the axis of rotation. The model values are compared with the actual operational values. The model can describe the rotational oscillation of the installation and the irregular movement of the vanes, due to their movement about an axis of rotation in an inhomogeneous wind field. It establishes the excitation variables of the oscillatory system and consequently superimposes a characteristic spectrum of oscillatory forms on the oscillatory system.
