FIELD: mobile and redislocating wind-driven power plants. SUBSTANCE: plant has sectional mast, cargo hoisting device, windwheel with blades, gondola, generator, transmission and flexible rods; plant is also provided with adjustable supports, support groups and peripheral supports; each support group consists of near-holder truss, lever and peripheral truss connected in succession. Sectional mast is made from similar modules; lower module is locked inside holder whose form and sizes provide for translational motion of module through hole in central portion of holder; flexible rods are provided with tension mechanisms; at one end, they are connected with peripheral support of each group and at other end, they are connected with upper module of mast. Each flexible rod may be provided with mechanism for changing its length including preliminary and final tension mechanisms and self-tension mechanism in case of change of its length. Cargo-hoisting device has toothed pair "rack-wheel" connected with drive located on housing which makes it possible to mount in on load-bearing holder. Peripheral supports are adjustable in height and at least one peripheral support is provided with pin for penetration in ground. Mobile wind-driven power plant is mounted as follows: components of plant and base are transported to place of installation, then windwheel and gondola are mounted and components are hoisted in succession by means of cargo-hoisting device. Base of plant is made in form of load-bearing holder with through passage. part of plant is assembled before transportation. This part includes load-bearing holder, near-truss holder and levers. This part is placed on transportation platform by lower side of holder and transportation platform is moved to place of installation till required position of base has been obtained and temporary securing is carried out; then load-bearing holder is connected with ground by means of near-holder truss and lever; part of plant mounted on base is slightly raised above transportation platform, after which platform is removed and each module of mast is hoisted via through passage in plant base by means of cargo-hoisting device. Hoisting is effected stepwise. At least one module being hoisted is provided with devices for mounting and locking the functional rigging. Bearing members of peripheral supports are made in form of reservoirs to be filled with liquid or loose material. Part of plant mounted on base is hoisted above transportation platform by means of adjustable supports. EFFECT: low cost, reduced mass and usage of material; enhanced reliability. 11 cl, 7 dwg |
