The composite nonwoven material (1) is comprised of two external layers (2, 3) consisting of body fluid permeable nonwoven material, between which is arranged a synthetic fiber lap (4) which is permeable to body fluids, at least the external layers (2, 3) being assembled between each other by thermal fusion according to a pattern forming a network of points, and further comprising a central area of perforations.
