The screw has a bead with a pref. conical underside (5). This has a knurled section (6) over at least part of its circumference. A cylindrical shoulder (7) is located next to the conical underside, with a diameter larger than the shaft (3). There is a groove at the bottom end of the spherical cap of the shoulder. The shoulder also has partial knurling.
