PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design, and to improve the workability when a steering wheel is installed. SOLUTION: A steering wheel 1 furnishes a boss plate 3, a steering wheel main body 4, and the like. The steering wheel main body 4 has a ring core bar 7, spoke core bars 8, a cover body 9, and a pad 13. The pad 13 is formed integral with the cover body 9. Bolts 14 are screwed in the condition positioning the bolt holes 22 formed to the ribs 21 of the spoke core bars 8, and the screw holes 24 formed to the bracket 23 of the bass plate 3. Grooves 26 are formed on the peripheral walls of the through holes 25 of the cover body 9, and projections 14c engagable to the grooves 26 are formed on the heads 14b of the bolts 14, and they compose a tentative fixing mechanism. Since the bolts 14 are fixed tentatively when the steering wheel main body 4 is installed, the steering wheel main body 4 is never dropped from its through holes 25, even when its holding is stopped tentatively. |
