<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse amplifier circuit which reduces current consumption in a simple configuration, is immune to noise and further can deal with high- speed operations. SOLUTION: Concerning the pulse amplifier circuit with which a fine signal is amplified to a required level and a pulse waveform is outputted to this signal, this circuit has a first Schmitt trigger circuit 5 for providing a rectangular wave having a first peak-to-peak voltage V1 by amplifying the fine signal and a second Schmitt trigger circuit 6 for providing a rectangular wave having a second peak-to-peak voltage V2 by amplifying the output from this first Schmitt trigger circuit 5. Then, the second peak-to-peak voltage V2 is made higher than the first peak-to-peak voltage V1.</p> |
