<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-base ballpoint ink compsn. which has viscosity lower than a conventional oil-base ballpoint ink, does hot cause ink dripping at the pen point even when used for a ballpoint having a tip with a gap larger than that between the tip end and the ball of a conventional oil-base ballpoint. and provides a light feeling in writing and deep-colored written lines because of a low-viscosity ink and a tip with a large gap.
