<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and facilitate assembling by forming a pivot structure provided between a lighting fixture body and a reflector and serving as a fulcrum when the reflector is tilted with a bearing molded integrally with one of the light fixture body and the reflector and a pivot molded integrally with the other. SOLUTION: A reflector 2 is aiming-adjustably provided in the resin-molded lighting fixture body 1 of a headlight, and a lens 3 is fitted to the front opening of the body 1. A socket 5 supporting a bulb 4 is inserted into a bulb fitting hole provided at the center portion of the reflector 2. A pivot 22 is integrally formed at part of the back face of the reflector 2, e.g. a flange section 2a, a bearing 12 is integrally formed at the inner face position of the body 1 facing the pivot 22, and the pivot 22 and the bearing 12 are fitted to form a pivot mechanism P. A vertical aiming adjusting mechanism and a horizontal aiming adjusting mechanism H are provided at required positions between the reflector 2 and the body 1.</p> |
