摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash an injection nozzle without requiring a chlorine-based detergent, thereby not causing pollution of working environment or the air by providing a forming machine injecting a urethane raw solution from an injection nozzle to a filling space with a means generating warmed and pressurized water and control- supplying the water into the injection nozzle. SOLUTION: A generating means of pressurized warm water (hot water), a supplying path of the hot water into an injection nozzle 8 and a supply-controlling means of the hot water into the injection nozzle 8 disposed in the supplying path are installed in a foaming machine 5 injecting a urethane raw solution from the injection nozzle 8 into a filling space G. For instance, a tank 14 having each device of water supplying, heating and supplying of surfactant, a pump 11, a valve 12 and a pressure control valve 13 are circularity connected to from a circulation path 16 and the circulation path 160, a valve 7 connected to the injection nozzle 8 and a supplying path 17 connecting the valve 7 with the valve 12 are arranged in the forming machine 5, hot water in the tank 14 is circulated into the circulating path 16 by pump 11, pressure of the hot water in the valve 12 is kept at a high pressure by the pressure control valve 13, and the valve 7 is opened, then the hot water at high pressure is supplied into the injection nozzle 8.
