PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content proceeds distribution system which can distribute proceeds to a third party who has request right unprescribed in a sales contract at the rate corresponding to the right as to sold contents. SOLUTION: A content database 21 is stored with the IDs of all providers of contents and all persons having request right regarding a duplication of contents by contents. In a contract master 22, the agreements of the share of the operator of SD center are described. When proceeds are received, a payment part 19 subtracts the share of the operator of the SD center from the proceeds by referring to the agreements of the operator entered into the contract master 22. Then the payment part 19 distributes the remaining proceeds by the IDs stored in the content database 21.
