PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the durability of a cable, and concurrently materialize an inexpensive structure small in size. SOLUTION: A pivot supporting bracket 19 is fixed to a cylinder 4, and a lock lever 16 is rotatably pivoted to the pivot supporting bracket 19 by a first pivot 20. A lock releasing lever 23 is also pivoted to the pivot supporting bracket 19 by a second pivot 21. The lock lever 16 is endowed with resilient force toward a support member 5 by a first twisting coil spring 28. And resilient force in the direction parting from the arm receiving part 25 of the lock lever 16 is given to the lock releasing lever 23 by a second twisting coil spring 31. |
