PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a rubber band around piping at a leak place so as to certainly stop the leakage of a fluid from the leak place even when the surface of the pipe around the leak place of piping is not smooth or there is difference in level at the leak place. SOLUTION: In a piping repairing rubber band G wound around piping P at a leak place K of a fluid such as a liquid or gas, a temporary clamping means S-1 to the piping P is provided to one end of the rubber band G and a clamp means S-2 preventing the loosening of the rubber band G wound around the piping P is provided to the other end of the band and a seal agent is applied to the surface of the rubber band G on the side coming into contact with the piping P on the end part side where the temporary stop means S-1 is provided of the rubber band G.
